Yasheng Huang

Yasheng Huang is the Epoch Foundation Professor of International Management at the MIT Sloan School of Management. He holds the title of Professor of Global Economics and Management and has previously served as an Associate Dean at MIT Sloan. Huang has held faculty positions at the University of Michigan and Harvard Business School. His research focuses on global economics and management, with publications on topics such as regulatory transparency, historical autocracy, and economic reforms in China. He has authored 11 books in English and Chinese and is currently working on several projects, including a book on the Needham Question and a study on China's economic reforms since 1978. Huang is also involved in policy initiatives related to US-China relations and has contributed to reports on university engagement with China.
