William Fischer is a Senior Lecturer in Operations Management at the MIT Sloan School of Management. He is also an Emeritus Professor of Innovation Management at IMD. Fischer has dedicated his career to innovation, with experience spanning roles such as apprentice electrician, development engineer, and consultant to corporate innovation programs. He has worked in large, complex organizations and is currently focused on organizational transformation projects.
