Peter Weinberg

Peter Weinberg is a Senior Lecturer of Finance in the Department of Business Administration at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. With a 40+ year career in financial services, he worked at Goldman Sachs & Co. for approximately 20 years, holding roles such as partner, co-head of the Global Investment Banking Division, and CEO of Goldman Sachs International. He co-founded Perella Weinberg Partners, an independent M+A advisory and restructuring firm, which went public in 2021. He currently serves as a partner and Chairman of the board of directors. Outside of his professional life, he is involved in various boards and committees, including the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and the Atlantic Council.
