Negin (Nikki) Golrezaei is the Theresa Seley Associate Professor in Management Science and an Associate Professor of Operations Management at the MIT Sloan School of Management. Her research focuses on advancing the digital economy—spanning e-commerce, online advertising, and emissions trading systems—through algorithmic innovations, market and auction design, dynamic real-time optimization, and data-driven decision-making, with the goal of creating more resilient, equitable, and sustainable digital ecosystems. In addition to her academic role, Negin has served as a visiting faculty member at Google Research and Meta, where she collaborated with research and product teams to design, test, and deploy AI-enabled mechanisms for online marketplaces. Before joining MIT, she was a postdoctoral fellow at Google Research in New York, working with the Market Algorithms team.
