Lou Bergholz

Lou Bergholz is a Senior Lecturer at MIT Sloan, affiliated with the Leadership Center. He co-teaches Teams Lab and one of the ID Lab sections. Lou is the founder of Edgework Consulting (2001), a facilitation and training firm focused on the interpersonal side of organizations. Edgework specializes in supporting organizations in their early growth stages, particularly new managers and HR leadership, with critical people needs. Lou has over two decades of experience working with teams, organizations, and communities on human capital and human development issues. He has worked with MIT Sloan for over 25 years, managing aspects of orientations and other skill-building programs for the MBAs, Sloan Fellows, EMBAs, MBAns, and MFins.
