Gene R. Keselman

Gene R. Keselman is a Lecturer in the Technological Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Strategic Management department at MIT Sloan School of Management. He serves as Executive Director of MIT Mission Innovation Experimental (MIx) and Managing Director of MIT’s venture studio, Proto Ventures. Previously, he was Executive Director of the MIT Innovation Initiative. Keselman has held leadership roles in various start-ups, including co-founding ServDAO and formerly co-founding Esports One and the Foundation for Innovation and Discovery (FINND), where he is now a board director. He is also a board advisor to numerous startups and a consultant in space and defense industries. As a military officer in the Air Force Reserves, he works as the senior Reservist and Director, Strategic Incubation & SSG Reserve Program for the Chief of Staff of the Air Force’s Strategic Studies Group (SSG).
