Dawn Dougherty Fitzgerald

Dawn Dougherty Fitzgerald is a Lecturer, MIT Operations Lab, affiliated with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Business School. She serves as a Co-Lecturer for the MIT Operations Lab and has been a course mentor since 2018. Fitzgerald also chairs the MIT Machine Intelligence for Manufacturing & Operations advisory board. Her work focuses on integrating Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, SaaS, and Cloud technologies into enterprise operations and product development. She has led digital transformation programs and large-scale technology initiatives. Fitzgerald is a frequent speaker on AI adoption and writes as a columnist for AI Trends. She holds a BS in electrical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MS in electrical engineering and an MBA, both from MIT.
