Regular biography
Dabney Hailey is a Lecturer at the MIT Sloan School of Management and a course director at Harvard Medical School. She is the Founder and Principal of Hailey Group, a consultancy that integrates arts-based learning into professional development. Hailey is recognized for her pioneering work in adapting Visual Thinking Strategies (VTS), an art education methodology, for the business context. Her trainings have impacted professionals across various sectors globally. At Harvard Medical School, she co-directs courses focused on visual thinking strategies for healthcare professionals and physical diagnosis. Hailey is also a contributor to leadership programs and human-centered design courses. She holds a BA from Hendrix College and an MA from Northwestern University.
