Court Chilton

Court Chilton is a Senior Lecturer in System Dynamics at the MIT Sloan School of Management. With over two decades of experience, he has supported large organizations in achieving business results through learning, coaching, and enterprise-wide change initiatives. His work spans various industries, including finance, healthcare, and technology, with clients such as GE Capital, Deloitte, and Bank of America. He has developed tools like computer simulations and process-embedded e-learning, and has served as part of the coaching faculty for MBA candidates. Prior to joining MIT, he was a senior vice president at The Forum Corporation, where he managed strategic client relationships and regional operations. Chilton has also collaborated with educational institutions to enhance learning and operational efficiency.
