Regular biography
Yoram N. Rubin is a Chancellor's Professor Emeritus and Professor of the Graduate School in Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of California, Berkeley. His research interests include groundwater hydrology, inverse modeling, modeling of flow and contaminant transport, environmental risk assessment, hydrogeology, and geostatistics. Rubin's work focuses on the characterization of geologic media using remote sensing and geophysical techniques for environmental and agricultural applications.
