Ori Brafman

Ori Brafman is a Professional Faculty member in the Business (BUS) department at the University of California, Berkeley. His research focuses on Persuasive Communication & Interpersonal Dynamics. Brafman's work explores topics such as Distributed Networks, Inclusion as Strategic Advantage, Improvisational Leadership, and Trust and Emotional Connection in Organizations. He is the author of several books, including The Chaos Imperative, Click, Sway, and The Starfish and The Spider. Brafman is also a Distinguished Teaching Fellow at Haas School of Business and a Senior Fellow at the Coach K Leadership & Ethics Center at Duke University. He is the founder and president of Starfish Leadership and co-founder of Fully Charged Institute and Silicon Guild.
