Fyodor Urnov is a Professor of Molecular Therapeutics at the University of California, Berkeley, in the Department of BIO. His research focuses on the development and advancement to the clinic of CRISPR-Cas-based genome and epigenome editing approaches for Mendelian, neurodegenerative, neuroinflammatory, and infectious diseases.
