Hua Wang

Prof. Dr. Hua Wang is a Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at ETH Zurich. His research interests include integrated circuits and systems, RF/mm-Wave/THz communication and sensing, silicon photonics, hardware security, circuits for quantum electronics, machine learning, bioelectronics, biosensors, and biology-electronics interfaces. Prof. Wang's work spans multiple interdisciplinary areas, focusing on the development and application of advanced electronic systems.

Hua Wang is a Full Professor and Chair of Electronics at ETH Zurich, recognized as an IEEE Fellow. His research focuses on the design and development of advanced integrated circuits for communication, radar, and bioelectronics applications. He has contributed significantly to millimeter-wave power amplifier design, including linear Doherty amplifiers for 5G applications and ultra-broadband quadrature signal generation.
