Tamar Kohn

Tamar Kohn is a Full Professor at École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), affiliated with the Department of CE. Her research focuses on environmental virology, including the study of the fate of viruses in water and air. She is also involved in teaching courses such as Environmental Chemistry and Introduction to Environmental Engineering. Kohn has held various academic and administrative roles at EPFL, including Director of IIE and Member of ENAC School direction. She has received several awards for her research and reviews, including the Excellence in review award and the Environmental Science and Technology Paper of the year award.
