Anastasios Vassilopoulos is an Adjunct Professor at École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), affiliated with the Department of Civil Engineering (CE). His research interests include offshore renewables, materials and joints for wind turbine rotor blades, and experimental methods for composite materials. He is the Head of the Composite Mechanics group (GR-MeC) and a member of the Structural Engineering Group.
