Wesley Cohen

Wesley M. Cohen is the Snow Family Professor of Business Administration in the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. He holds secondary appointments in Duke’s Department of Economics and School of Law. His research focuses on Strategy, Technology and Knowledge Management, and the Economics of Technological Change. Professor Cohen has examined the determinants of innovative activity and performance, considering the roles of firm size, market structure, firm learning, knowledge flows, university research, and the protection of intellectual property. He has published in leading journals and has served on various National Academies committees. He has also taught courses on the economics of technological change and corporate strategy.
