Aaron Charles Kay

Aaron C. Kay is the J.Rex Fuqua Professor of International Management at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. He is also a Professor of Psychology & Neuroscience. His research interests include Social Motivation and Perception, Intergroup Dynamics, and Organizational Behavior. Dr. Kay's work explores the relationship between motivation, implicit social cognition, and social issues. His research has been recognized with several awards, and he has been named a Fellow of multiple professional societies. His research is frequently covered in national and international media. Dr. Kay is a past President of the International Society of Justice Research.
