Sim Sitkin

Sim Sitkin is the Michael W. Krzyzewski University Distinguished Professor at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, where he is a Professor of Management and Public Policy. His research interests include leadership, organizational control, trust in organizations, organizational change, courage in organizations, innovation and stretch goals, and mergers and acquisitions. He serves as Faculty Director of the Fuqua/Coach K Center on Leadership & Ethics and Director of the Behavioral Science and Policy Center. Sitkin has also held administrative leadership roles at Duke, including Area Head for the Management and Organizations Department. His work has been published in leading academic journals, and he has authored several books on organizational behavior and leadership.
