Michael Bradley is an F.M. Kirby Emeritus Professor and Professor of Law at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. His research interests include microeconomics, industrial organization, investments, managerial finance, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and corporate law. He has served as the Academic Director of the Global Capital Markets Center and was Chairman of the Finance Department from 1996-1999. Bradley has taught courses on various finance and law topics to Ph.D., MBA, J.D., and L.L.M. students, as well as business executives. His work has been published in several academic journals and he has testified in cases involving corporate takeovers and governance issues.
