Kimberly Wade-Benzoni

Kimberly Wade-Benzoni is a Professor of Management & Organizations and Center of Leadership and Ethics Scholar at the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. Her research focuses on intergenerational behavior & decisions, ethics, social issues in management, social entrepreneurship, conflict, and negotiation. Her work has been published in leading management and psychology journals, and she has co-edited books and special issues on environmental issues. She teaches courses in negotiations, power & influence, and organizational navigation. Prior to joining Fuqua, she was a faculty member at New York University and Northwestern University, where she received a teaching award. She holds a Ph.D. and M.S. from Northwestern University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University.
