Joseph N.G. LeBoeuf

Joseph N.G. LeBoeuf is a Professor of the Practice Emeritus at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, where he taught leadership and management in MBA programs and served as a scholar in the Coach K Center of Leadership and Ethics (COLE). His research focuses on leadership, leader development, and organizational culture. He has contributed to the development of leadership programs at the United States Military Academy and the Army, and has authored several publications on leadership and organizational change. LeBoeuf also serves as a consultant with Duke Corporate Education and has worked on leadership development initiatives for the Air Force Academy and Reserve Officer Education Course (ROTC).
