Jeannette Song

Jeannette Song is the R. David Thomas Professor at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, where she is affiliated with the Department of Business Administration. Her research focuses on Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, and Decision Models. Professor Song's work explores topics such as supply chain coordination mechanisms, global sourcing strategies, supplier quality and risk management, and sustainable supply chain development. She has published extensively in leading journals including Management Science, Manufacturing & Service Operations Management (M&SOM), and Operations Research. She also co-edited the book 'Supply Chain Structures: Coordination, Information and Optimization.' Professor Song is a Fellow of INFORMS and a past President of the Manufacturing and Service Operations Management (MSOM) Society. She teaches courses in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, and Global Operations.
