Evgenii Fadeev

Evgenii Fadeev is an Assistant Professor in the Strategy Area at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. He received his Ph.D. in Economics from Harvard University in 2022. Before joining Duke, he was a post-doctoral fellow in the Entrepreneurial Management unit at Harvard Business School. His research focuses on the economics of innovation, organizational economics, and international trade. He studies knowledge sharing between and within organizations, and how firms protect their intellectual property through patents, trade secrets, and a choice of organizational structure.
