Dr. Angela Passarelli is an Associate Professor of the Practice of Management at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. She serves as Academic Director for the school’s co-curricular academic mission related to leadership, leader development, teamwork, and team development. Dr. Passarelli is also co-investigator and coaching director for the CREW program at the Medical University of South Carolina, which provides coaching, mentoring, and entrepreneurship education to promote innovation among women in the biomedical sciences. She is the Director of Research for the Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital and a fellow of the Coaching Research Lab at Case Western Reserve University. Her research focuses on intentional change in leadership development, experiential learning, and developmental relationships in enhancing social and emotional competency in leaders. She also studies the efficacy of coaching interventions for special populations, such as new working mothers and physicians.
