Regular biography
Takashi Sako is a faculty member in the Department of PHY at The University of Tokyo. His research focuses on astroparticle physics, specifically the study of cosmic rays and their origins. He investigates high-energy phenomena using gamma-ray observations and is involved in the ALPACA experiment in Bolivia. Additionally, he contributes to the Telescope Array project in the USA, which aims to study the highest energy cosmic rays. His work explores methods to detect and analyze these particles to better understand their sources and properties.
