SAITO Naohito

Experimental Particle-Nuclear Physics

About
Regular biography

SAITO Naohito is a faculty member in the Department of Physics at The University of Tokyo. His research focuses on Experimental Particle-Nuclear Physics, with an emphasis on using spin as a tool to investigate the origin of matter and the symmetries of space-time. He is involved in studies of the spin structure of the nucleon using the high-energy polarized proton collider at RHIC. Additionally, he is part of a project to measure the dipole moments of the muon with super-precision at J-PARC, aiming to test the Standard Model and search for CP violation in the lepton sector.
