MURAKAWA Satoshi

Low temperature physics quantum liquid solid

About
Regular biography

MURAKAWA Satoshi is a faculty member in the Department of PHY at The University of Tokyo. His research focuses on low temperature physics, quantum liquid and solid. His work includes the study of superfluidity in helium at ultra-low temperatures, with particular attention to topological superfluids and Majorana states at the surface of superfluid helium 3B phase. He also investigates localized Bose-Einstein condensation in confined liquid helium 4. His research explores the properties of quantum liquids governed by quantum statistics.
