Asuka Namai is an Associate Professor in the Department of Chemistry at The University of Tokyo, affiliated with both the Department of Chemistry (UG) and the Department of Chemistry (GR) as well as the Graduate School of Science. Her research focuses on magnetochemistry and nanomaterials, particularly in the development of materials through chemical nanoparticle synthesis and the exploration of new functionalities.
