Yueheng Zhang

Yueheng Zhang is a professor at the School of Physics and Astronomy, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. His research focuses on semiconductor infrared detection, infrared optoelectronic devices, and related physics. He has led and participated in 12 national research projects, including as principal investigator of a National Natural Science Foundation重点项目 and several sub-projects under the '863 Plan'. His work includes publications in journals such as Nature Communications and Applied Physics Letters. Zhang has also been recognized as an outstanding young teacher in Shanghai.
