Regular biography
Wenzhong Shen is a faculty member in the School of Physics and Astronomy at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. His research interests include photovoltaic science and technology, as well as semiconductor quantum electronic devices. Shen holds the title of Changjiang Chair Professor and has been recognized as a Distinguished Young Scientist. He is affiliated with the Institute of Condensed Matter Physics and serves as director of the Key Laboratory of Artificial Structures and Quantum Control. His work includes significant contributions to the development of high-efficiency solar cells and semiconductor devices.
