Shaobo Wang

Regular biography

Shaobo Wang is an associate professor in the School of Physics and Astronomy at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He is affiliated with the Institute of Nuclear and Particle Physics and holds a dual appointment with the ParisTech Graduate School of Engineering. His research focuses on gas detector time projection chambers, cosmic gamma-ray polarization detection, and the search for neutrinoless double beta decay using the PandaX-III and PandaX-4T experiments. He is currently responsible for the prototype detector testing and analysis, detector calibration system development, track reconstruction, and control system design for PandaX-III. He also coordinates high-energy physics analysis for PandaX-4T.
