Kadi Zhu

Regular biography

Kadi Zhu is a faculty member in the School of Physics and Astronomy at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. She holds a Bachelor's degree from East China Normal University (1980–1985), a Master's degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University (1985–1988), and a Ph.D. from Shanghai Jiao Tong University (1988–1991). She has served as a professor since 1995 and was Vice Head of the Institute of Condensed Matter Physics from 2001 to 2012. Her research interests include condensed matter optomechanics, solid-state quantum computation and quantum information, and solid-state quantum optics. She has contributed to several publications in prestigious journals such as Physical Review B and Applied Physics Letters.
