Hui Xing is a Faculty member in the School of Physics and Astronomy at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. His research focuses on thermoelectric effects and spin-dependent charge transport in correlated-electron systems, as well as magnetism in bulk and nanoscale materials. He has led and participated in several research projects, including a National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) general project on electron transport and thermoelectric effects in polar metals, and a National Key Projects for Research & Development of China on topological quantum materials.
