Regular biography
Behrooz Tanazmaei is a Distinguished Professor at The Australian National University, affiliated with the PHY department. His research focuses on Thin / Flexible Solar Cells, Perovskite and III-V (InP, GaAs, InGaAsP) Solar Cells, Perovskite/III-V Tandem solar cells, Electronic Materials, Ferroelectric / Dielectric / Piezoelectric Materials. He is a PhD student in Electronic Materials Engineering at The Australian National University, Australia, and holds a Master of Science in Condensed Matter Physics from Isfahan University of Technology, Iran, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the same institution.
