Regular biography
Zifeng MA is a Chair Professor at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, affiliated with the Department of CHEM. His research interests include sodium ion battery materials preparation, power and energy storage system integration, methanol reforming for hydrogen production, and the development of novel electrochemical energy materials and devices. He has held various leadership roles, including Director of the Shanghai Electrochemical Energy Devices Engineering Technology Research Center and Dean of the Shanghai Jiao Tong University Shaoxing New Energy and Molecular Engineering Institute. MA has led numerous national and provincial research projects, including the National 863 Plan and 973 Plan projects, and has published extensively in the field of electrochemical energy storage. He is also an inventor of multiple patents related to battery materials and systems.
