Regular biography
Xiaoxia GUO is an Associate Professor in the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Her research focuses on the development of high-performance polymer materials, including proton exchange membrane materials for fuel cells, high-temperature polymers, transparent aromatic polymers, and gas separation membranes. She has led and participated in multiple national and provincial research projects, including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Shanghai Natural Science Foundation. She also collaborates with industry partners such as Huawei, Denso, and Jiangsu Yixing Innovation Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. Her work has resulted in over 50 published papers and 20 patents. She teaches courses such as Polymer Chemistry and University Chemistry and is actively involved in undergraduate research and student mentorship.
