Regular biography
Qianjia YUAN is an Associate Professor in the Department of CHEM at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Her research interests include the development and mechanistic study of transition metal-catalyzed asymmetric reactions, as well as the efficient and green synthesis of important drugs or key intermediates. She has contributed to several software copyrights and patents. YUAN completed her bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Engineering and Technology from Guizhou University, followed by a master's and doctoral degree in Applied Chemistry from East China University of Science and Technology and Shanghai Jiao Tong University, respectively. She has held postdoctoral positions at Shanghai Jiao Tong University and the University of Utah before joining Shanghai Jiao Tong University as an Associate Professor.
