Gang CHEN

Gang CHEN is an Associate Professor in the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. His research focuses on the total synthesis of natural products and medicinal chemistry related to immune-therapy. He has contributed to several high-impact publications in journals such as Science, Journal of the American Chemical Society, and Angewandte Chemie. CHEN's work includes the development of new methodologies for C-H bond activation and arylation reactions. He joined Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2018 after completing a postdoctoral position at The Scripps Research Institute and a research associate role at the Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry.
