Regular biography
Ivy Norman is an Academic Advisor and Adjunct Professor of Management at Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business. She joined the Undergraduate Business Administration team in September 2022 after serving as the Advisor for Carlow University's TRIO SSS program, where she supported first-generation college students. As a first-generation graduate, Ivy earned a bachelor's degree in elementary education from California University of Pennsylvania (Penn West) and a master's in college counseling and student affairs from Slippery Rock University. In 2025, she accepted an Adjunct Professor of Management role at the Tepper School. She enjoys traveling, spending time with loved ones, and engaging in DIY projects at home.
