Evelyn M. Pierce is a Teaching Professor of Business Management Communication, Emerita, at Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business. She holds a BA from the University of Mississippi and an MFA from the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Pierce has received several teaching awards, including the Gerald L. Thomson Excellence in Teaching Award (2018), the Sustained Excellence in Teaching Award (2004), and the Excellence in Teaching Award (1996). Her work focuses on business communication and management education.
