Prof Elena Ostrovskaya is a Distinguished Professor in the Department of PHY at The Australian National University. Her research focuses on exciton-polaritons in semiconductor microcavities, Bose-Einstein condensates of ultracold atoms, nonlinear optics and photonics, and nonlinear dynamics. She is the convenor and lecturer for PHYS4303 and PHYS8303, and a lecturer for PHYS2016. Prof Ostrovskaya is affiliated with the Polariton BEC group and the Quantum Science & Technology Research group.
