Sanjoy Nandi

Dr Sanjoy Nandi is a Research Fellow in the Department of PHY at The Australian National University. His research projects involve Charge trapping and transport in high-k dielectrics, and Nanoionics-based resistive switching memories. Dr Nandi holds a Doctor of Philosophy from The Australian National University, Australia, and previously earned a Master of Philosophy from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, Bangladesh, along with a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science from University of Chittagong, Bangladesh.

Sanjoy Nandi is a researcher at The Australian National University, focusing on Material Science, Renewable Energy, and advanced dielectric materials. His work explores High-permittivity Gate Dielectric Films, Resistive Switching, and Nanoionics, with applications in energy systems and memristive devices. Nandi's research includes hybrid renewable energy systems, such as wind-PV-battery systems in Bangladesh, and the development of memristors for neuromorphic computing. His studies also investigate the physical mechanisms behind threshold switching and negative differential resistance in materials like niobium oxide and vanadium oxide.
