David Wessels

David Wessels is an Adjunct Full Professor of Finance and Director of Executive Education at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He serves as the Academic Director for Wharton’s CFO Program on Strategic Leadership. Professor Wessels teaches courses on corporate valuation, venture capital, and performance management to undergraduate and MBA students, as well as executive audiences globally. His co-authored book, Valuation: Measuring and Managing the Value of Companies, is widely used in corporate valuation and investment banking education. He has been recognized for his teaching excellence and has contributed to various research publications in finance.
