Diana C. Robertson is a Professor in Legal Studies and Professor of Legal Studies & Business Ethics at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School. Her research focuses on business ethics, corporate social responsibility, and the intersection of neuroscience and ethics. She investigates how neural mechanisms influence moral decision-making, particularly in contexts such as bribery. Robertson's work has been published in journals like Management Science, Journal of Marketing Research, and Neuropsychologia. She is also the Samuel A. Blank Professor in Legal Studies and serves as Bozza Family Penn First Plus Faculty Co-Director. Her teaching includes courses on ethics and social responsibility, and she has received Excellence in Teaching Awards at both Wharton and Emory University.
