Leandro S. Pongeluppe

Leandro S. Pongeluppe is an Assistant Professor of Management Leonard J. Horwitz Faculty Scholar at the Wharton School of Management, University of Pennsylvania. His research interests include Sustainable Development Goals, Stakeholder Management, Mixed Methods, and the Global South. Pongeluppe's work explores how organizational design and governance influence the achievement of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals, particularly in areas such as poverty alleviation, environmental conservation, and healthcare. His research spans diverse settings, including Brazilian favelas, the Amazon rainforest, desalination plants, and HIV/AIDS treatment clinics. He also co-founded and worked as a PMO at Insper Metricis, a research group focused on socio-environmental impact evaluation.
