Henning Piezunka

Henning Piezunka is an Associate Professor of Management at Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania. His research interests include Competition, Collaboration, and Crowdsourcing. He examines these topics through the lens of entrepreneurial firms, family firms, and sports contexts such as F1, chess, soccer, and basketball. His teaching focuses on helping firms compete and collaborate more effectively, fostering innovation and better succession management. Piezunka's academic career includes a PhD from Stanford University, a Master of Science from the London School of Economics, and a Diploma Kaufmann from the University of Mannheim. Prior to academia, he co-founded a web design company in 1998, which he sold in 2016.
