Eric W. Orts is a Professor in the Legal Studies & Business Ethics Department at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School. His research interests include corporate governance, environmental law and policy, environmental management, professional ethics, securities regulation, democratic theory, constitutional law, theories of the firm, and business theory. He teaches courses such as Business, Social Responsibility, and the Environment, and Law of Corporate Management and Finance. Orts is also affiliated with several initiatives at Wharton, including the Initiative for Global Environmental Leadership and the Wharton Climate Center.
