Asuka Nakahara is a Practice Professor of Real Estate at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School, where he teaches the real estate capstone MBA course titled 'Real Estate Development.' He is also a Senior Fellow of the Zell/Lurie Real Estate Center. Nakahara has received multiple 'Excellence in Teaching' awards, recognized as top professors in the Wharton MBA Program based on student ratings. He has served as a lecturer, panelist, and moderator for various institutions and organizations. His research and teaching focus on real estate development, market analysis, and leadership in the industry. He has also co-founded several companies, including Triton Atlantic Partners and Incompass Labs.
