John Paul MacDuffie

John Paul MacDuffie is Professor of Management at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. His research interests include vehicle and mobility innovations, flexible/lean production systems, collaborative problem-solving, determinants of location decisions, diffusion of management practices, links between corporate strategy and high-performance work systems, managing people over distance, organizational learning, product, organizational, and industry architecture. He is also Director of the Program on Vehicle and Mobility Innovation (PVMI) at the Mack Institute for Innovation Management.
