Katherine Klein is a Professor of Management at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School, where she is also the Edward H. Bowman Professor of Management. Her research interests include leadership succession, organizational change, and organizational effectiveness; diversity and inclusion; impact investing; Rwanda’s transformation and recovery since the 1994 genocide; and multilevel theory and research. She teaches courses on social impact, leadership, organizational change, and research methods. Klein is the Faculty Director of Wharton’s Impact Investing Research Lab and hosts the Wharton podcast Dollars and Change. She also leads a global modular course for Wharton MBA students titled 'Conflict, Leadership, and Change: Lessons from Rwanda.'
